Leonard Bodrick, Co-Owner/Consultant

 

Leonard is a bronze pin awardee for 15 years of federal service which includes his current position as a Program Analyst with the US Department of Labor.  He began his career working for 12 years in community  and non-profit outreach and community colleges focused on youth and adult programs such as a Coordinator and Program Director in JTPA, TechPrep and TRIO program, focused on helping clients attain to education, career info and employability skills for securing jobs and upward mobility.  In addition to outreach and program development, Leonard has experience in custom data collection, training, and human services delivery and evaluation systems. His education include a BA degree from Johnson C. Smith University and an MPIA degree from the University of Pittsburgh.

Sharon Bodrick, Co-Owner/Consultant

Sharon is a highly effective grants management professional with over twenty years of experience in grant writing, evaluation, budget management, fiscal and performance reporting and workshop facilitation. Her experience has been in non-profit, higher education and workforce development environments.She is experienced in researching and leveraging potential funding opportunities for established and emerging partners through written and oral communication.  Her experience includes a working knowledge of federal compliance regulations as administered by federal agencies. She possesses exceptional listening abilities to deliver effective training experiences and technical assistance. She is a graduate of Johnson C. Smith University (BA) and the University of Pittsburgh (MPA) .
